After you've placed your order your photos will be ready for pick up within 2-3 weeks. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for framed portraits 16" x 20" and larger. Once they're in, we'll give you a call. Let us know if your photos are a surprise for someone and we'll make sure to contact you directly.

During our high season (September through February) it's possible for your order to take an extra week or two to arrive. We hope you understand.
